Cooking Course. . Proposal of eno-gastronomic tradition in ancient palaces in the old city centre. A different, fascinating experience which involves food, art and culture guided by a skilled Chef in the equipped kitchen of an ancient palace.
During the course, you will learn historical news and anecdotes about the origin of the dishes hours you will learn how to cook a full typical, Tuscan and Florentine and to match the most suitable wines to the various dishes.
At 7:00 pm, the prepared dishes will be served together with the most suitable wines.
