Silvia Maccari is a lively and bright young lady from the Lombardia region, rich is fruits, cereals and the tradition of eating well.

Among her ancestors she counts a Florentine grandmother who transmitted to her a specialization in Tuscan cooking that has made her a fantastic teacher, communicating, together with the recipes' secrets, her love of life, good food and meeting people.

She had begun planning the teaching of Italian cooking to non-professionals in 1994 and has continued teaching with an assiciate since then.

For our classes, Silvia offers her home, located in a residential Florentine area, provided with a spacious fully equipped kitchen that can host a maximum of 4 people. A half day course led in English means to exploit a full Italian menu, mixing typical ingredients and dishes from the regions, conveying to the pupils the value and simplicity of their gastronomic traditions.
