General Conditions for INDIVIDUAL TRAVELERS:
Reservations and Payment: A deposit of $200.00 per person is required at time of booking. Reservation will be made upon receipt of deposit. Final payment is due (45) days before departure. The deposit policy may vary in cases of apartment bookings. Form of payment accepted is agency check, and the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and America Express.
Revisions: After departure, each change made to the itinerary must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may incur in additional charges.
Cancellations: Up to (45) forty-five days prior to departure, full refund less $50.00 per person administrative fee and plus any cancellation fees assessed by our supplier if an apartment has been booked. The following charges will be assessed if cancellation is received within:
· 44-30 days prior – FULL REFUND LESS 10% OF THE TOTAL TOUR PRICE PER PERSON or $300.00 PER PERSON whichever is greater plus any cancellation fees assessed by our suppliers
· 29-08 days prior – FULL REFUND LESS 20% OF THE TOTAL TOUR PRICE PER PERSON or $500.00 PER PERSON whichever is greater plus any cancellation fees assessed by our suppliers
· 07-00 DAYS PRIOR TO No Show – NO REFUND
Penalty will apply also in the case of war or terrorism in the final destination.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and available for purchase at Romantica Tours Inc. ™
Refunds: refund request must be received in writing within 14 days from date of return
Unused land arrangements: No refund will be made for unused services after travel begin, (i.e. meals, sightseeing, tours, train tickets, transfers, hotels and car rental). Cost of various fees (i.e. insurance, changes, express mail) is not refundable.
Airlines tickets refund: Airline tickets are non-refundable once travel has commenced. Once airline tickets are issued, there is no refund. Penalties apply for changes made after issuance. Extended stay maybe considered on a case-by-case basis. Airfare is valid only for specified date of travel.
Hotels: Accommodations will be provided in hotels mentioned in the proposal or similar category.
Prices: Hotel rates are per person, based on two persons sharing a double or a twin bedded room with private bathrooms. Single rooms are provided at an additional supplement. All rates are subject to change without notice. Also, any fluctuation of currencies could result in a higher cost. In any case, no surcharge will be imposed after full final payment is received. Children’s, triple room rates and group rates are available upon request.
Baggage: On escorted tours, handling of one piece of luggage per person is included. To avoid unnecessary concern, baggage insurance is strongly recommended and available for purchase at Romantica Tours Inc. ™
Vouchers/Documents: Travel documents will be mailed 21 days prior to departure. Late booking is subject to a $50.00 surcharge when reservations are made 21 days prior the departure.
Limiting Terms and Conditions: The responsibility of Romantica Tours Inc. ™ is strictly limited. As a tour operator, Romantica Tours Inc. ™ organizes, promotes and sells tour programs consisting of certain travel services, limited to surface transportation, sightseeing excursion and hotel accommodations which Romantica Tours Inc. ™ reserves from various suppliers. The suppliers providing these services, are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Romantica Tours Inc. ™ Romantica Tours Inc. ™ is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such suppliers of any of their respective employees or representatives, including without limitation, their failure and/or inadequacy of delivery of services.
Romantica Tours Inc. ™ assumes NO LIABILITY for injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, defect of vehicles, break-down in equipment, strikes, theft, cancellation or changes in itinerary schedules
Remember that all travel documents are your responsibility. The payment of required deposit or any other partial payment for a reservation for hotel package/tour/group, constitutes consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained in the brochure. Romantica Tours Inc. ™ accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses.

60 – 45 days 10% of total cost plus any cancellation fees assessed by our suppliers
44 – 30 days 50% of total cost plus any cancellation fees assessed by our suppliers
29 – 08 days 75% of total cost plus any cancellation fees assessed by our suppliers
07 – 00 days 100% of total cost plus any cancellation fees assessed by our suppliers

Not included in Tour Price: Local airport taxes, laundry, telephone calls, wines, liquors, mineral water, soft drinks, after dinner coffee or tea; meal not included in the itinerary, sightseeing or services other than those specifically mentioned; tips to the tour director, motorcoach driver when touring; local city guides; item of a strictly personal nature, travel insurance and excess baggage.
